I was adopted and in my new forever home!!!!!!

Cecil spent the first 5-1/2 months of his life outside on a big, heavy chain. He was completely neglected by his family and often had to watch kids play near him, without anyone bothering to interact with him. Luckily, Cecil was surrendered to Rescued Tails, and he is now enjoying freedom and lots of positive interaction with people and his new home!.
