I have been adopted!

Karl showed up on a family's property and began hanging out with their dogs. When his owners couldn't be found, Karl needed a rescue group to help him find a new home. Karl is friendly young dog who likes being around people. The woman who found him said he would lay in front of her door, waiting for her to come back outside. Karl is very well-behaved in the house. He is quite interested in food though, and is constantly searching it out, so he is working on his "not counter-surfing" skills. Karl loves to play with toys and will entertain himself with them. He also likes to play fetch with the tennis ball and loves to run around with a jolly ball in his mouth. Karl is housetrained and crate-trained. 

Karl is participating in our Rush to Rescue program, so he is currently being fostered by a pair of offenders at the Rush City Correctional Facility. While there, he will be attending a training program with a certified trainer and will be working on his commands with his handlers.
